MASKED STAMPING
Hello...
This is gonna be a shortest of the post....
Just journaling a greet & card, I made last year, rather by the end of the year for Gunda who was to attend his friend's wedding.... Along with his gifts he tagged this card too with some money in it....
It was a quickie.... Indulged in my favorite paper craft technique of Stamping.... I used masking to stamp & I was pretty happy the way it turned out....
I ran the first layer on the base card through my cuttlebug to emboss a nice motif on it... it stood out well on the yellow.... I later wanted to make a focal image on the center & opted to stamp it.... In the process indulged in masking technique a lil after several years....
Found those image stamps in my stamps drawer & felt the urge to use them... it was the first time they were being used....
PS : After my initial hoarding of any stamp I could lay my hands on while I began crafting which was way back in 2008-2009, I have a pile of those... after which I never wanted to buy any new versions available in India... let alone the globe.... CUZ THERE'S NO POINT IN BUYING IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF USING UP WHAT U ALREADY HAVE... Just a few sensible decisions!
Here is a quickie to support my post...
Once done I just tweaked the extras & adhered it down on another layer that was die cut with the help of old Spellbinders Frameabilities die....
And there came my card into existence.... A Simple & easy quickie with a few things you have... however old.... OLD IS DEFINITELY GOLD..... 😍
